KPO, Shared Services, BPO, Qualification Graduate in any discipline( BE,Btech, MCM,MCA?Preferred), Any IT specialisation would have additional weightage Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1.Providing strategic inputs to the Management 2. Recruit, build, and motivate the IT team to exceed business expectations 3. Define & lead the corporate technology and architectural strategy for business operations 4. Knowledge Handling Information Security audits like ISMS 27000 audit, SOC 2 5. Provide leadership to the IT Team and manage & monitor all IT functions/matters including the development of modules, infrastructure, storage, and resolution of customer queries. 6. Coordination with functional heads on regular basis. 7. Working Knowledge of Integration with Various Systems 8. Interfacing between the executive and other functional heads. 9. Ensuring seamless execution of projects. 10. Anticipating requirements and updating the executive with relevant information. 11. Staying current on technology trends, Compliance and communicating these trends with the team. 12. Role in budgeting activities. 13.Administer Budget & Cost controls, Vendor management, Security, Risk Governance, and Compliances 14. Spearheading initiatives across the functions. 15. Benchmarking organizational processes with the best practices 16. Delivering right technologies for Contact Center. 17. Client interaction and co-ordination within Group IT 18. Manages company help desk 19: Possess key skills and competencies in process re-engineering, automation, technology solutions, ERP systems, operating systems and SAP?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????20.
