Job Title: Manager – Marketing (Food Ingredients)

Segment: Food Ingredients

Location: Delhi

Reports to: National Sales Head

Description: Candidate will be responsible to develop/generate business for Food Ingredients in North India products by implementing / executing strategies for growth through the product lines of leading principals we represent to achieve the division’s objective & targets.

Job Profile:

  1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives for food ingredients vertical.
  2. Responsible for achieving the division's sales & receivables targets.
  3. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  4. Keeping track of industry trends about market development, identifying new products, competitive activity, customers etc.
  5. Develop & maintain relations with customers including key accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
  6. Must consistently track the development of sales strategies and act resourcefully, to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  7. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop unique selling propositions and differentiators for products.
  8. Identify new business opportunities for products / Principals.

Skills /Experience

  • Education: Bachelor/Master degree (Food Technology)
  • Experience: ?10 to 15 years in Food/Flavour, Pharma/Nutraceuticals products or similar distribution company.
  • Hands on experience on selling products such as Starches, Whey proteins, Cocoa powders, Yeast extract, Preservatives etc.
  • Possess good communication & strategic prospecting skills.
  • Sound analytical & problem-solving skills, good negotiation skills & growth mindset
  • Business travel for 15 -17 days in given region /Geography
