Management Styles - Benchmarking Leadership: CEO Secrets: Mopping the floor and a lesson in feedback.

Did lots of work on Management and Leadership Styles with my Overseas students on the OASP Summer School course. One of the styles was 'Benchmarking Leadership' or leadership by expertise and leading by example.

This short video exemplifies this but, what was relevant and not really said, was that of having and showing empathy, which this also does. In an era where management are reverting to Dickensian style management this comes as a welcome reminder how to do things and get excellent and improved results.
