1 周Nice article sir... However will is the outcome of the union of mind and spirit according to the Indian experiential system. Mind as you know comprises of many tendencies which may act as distractions. Unless and until the tendencies lurking at different layers of human personality are refined we cannot expect such a union of mind and spirit. How to make the tendencies refined is nothing but Srividya and have complete alignment of internal energy with that of spirit. Imagine if all the people in the delivery system are in the process of refining their tendencies then slightest alignment of collective energy towards the spirit of policy or process or procedure then our yield in the form of returns will be huge... These are my thoughts that are subjected to correction by elders like you if they are wrong.
