During my MBA, I would sit through a lot of study material and work towards understanding different industries through the lens of a management consultant. Quite interestingly, I came across those notes today on how I would approach in solving the pressing challenges of the FMCG industry and some recommendations I had written down back then for the sector. Here are some pointers I would like to share with you all:

Further, incorporating automation in warehouses can lead to reduced labor costs, decreased error rates, and faster order fulfillment.

In the highly competitive FMCG sector, effective marketing strategies are crucial to capture consumer attention and drive sales. Leveraging data-driven insights can provide a competitive edge. To address this, we can work on the following:
