Manage your psychological stress
There is a steady tension and stress involved in purposeful living. You should never arrive at a point where there is absolutely nothing to strive for. There is no such thing as a stress-free environment. Sure, I know of places where hundreds and often thousands of people reside without any stress or problem. You know them too, they are cemeteries. All through the cycle of life, there will be challenges and problems that keep coming at you. Each life stage has its special challenges and problems, as well as its rewards and joys. You should aim at turning your problems and stresses into opportunities: to grow, to build character, to negotiate, to relax, to rejuvenate and to reassess your priorities.
