Facebook’s newest tool Facebook Business Manager allows you to organize account managers, Agencies, etc within Facebook.
Why Facebook Business Manager?
if your business had multiple managers handling different Pages or client ads, you had to grant them access to accounts being shared among multiple users. That’s hardly ideal—keeping accounts organized and limiting employees’ access to specific information have been concerns for a while.
Facebook Business Manager lets you control what information employees can access, and there’s no need to share login details. From now on, each user will have his or her own login.
Everything in one place
- Manage all of your Facebook business assets like Pages, ad accounts and apps, and let people work on them without sharing login details.
Work faster and better
- Reduce the time it takes to set up and manage your assets so you can focus on your business
Increased control
- Clearly see who has access to your business assets, and remove or change their permissions.
Facebook Business Manager can help all kind of business, agencies and app developers in the following way-
Manage all of your assets (Business of all Sizes)
If multiple people are managing your Facebook Pages, ad accounts and apps, Business Manager can help you make sure everyone has the permissions they need.
- Business Manager keeps your work and personal activity separate
- You don't need to be friends to collaborate with your coworkers
- Notifications will be sent to your work email instead of your personal email
Agencies (Streamline your work)
Agencies can use Business Manager to easily access clients' Facebook assets.
- Request access to clients’ Pages, ad accounts and apps right from Business Manager
- Log in once and have access to everything you work on
- Keep your work and personal activity separate
- See who has access to what assets and easily add or remove people from the Business Manager
Manage and market your apps
Add all of your apps to Business Manager to take advantage of the Business Mapping APIs, and access advertising and marketing tools, all in one place.

Make sure you have a list of all the ad account numbers and the names of Pages you'll want to add to Business Manager.
Employee email addresses
Invite employees, co-workers and partners to Business Manager using their work email addresses.
Step 2: Some Info about your business
Step 3: Name of your business, Select the primary page of your organization
Step 4: Personal Information.
