During difficult times it’s easy to get frustrated as options seem limited and barriers appear insurmountable.
Confidence is achieved by navigating these obstacles with poise, finesse and reemerging with greater clarity and conviction.
Unfortunately, many people give up when they encounter massive roadblocks.
They allow frustration to prevail and build on the catastrophic thinking that coincides with feeling overwhelmed.
So, what can we do when we're feeling frustrated and viable options seem elusive?

2 年What a mindblowing, jaw-dropping, and impressive article you wrote, Steve Wohlenhaus. Definitely, a relatable topic that I have been having to deal with for the past several weeks and currently, as well. It for sure changed my perception of how to deal with frustration in a lighter way by turning its negative energy into a form of output to help us get more from it. Instead of letting it drain us, which is the human emotion at the end of the day, keeping a filter as the middle man for keeping ourselves at a pace of staying sum with where we are right now in this current moment itself. Continue to keep up the excellent work, and I can't wait to read your next inspiring article ahead. ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
