Documentation often gets a bad rap as the “boring” or even “unnecessary” part of project management. BUT let’s face it, documentation is a tool that makes everything run smoothly.
Think of it like putting together a LEGO set with your child. Without the instructions, you’re just an adult playing with colourful blocks and hoping for the best (or at least I am). BUT with clear instructions, you can build something impressive together. And a big + for being the hero of the day for your child.
In the same way, well-written documentation acts as a manual for your project. It ensures that everyone knows their role, avoids misunderstandings and keeps the project on track. So while it may not be the most glamorous task, investing time in solid documentation will set your project up for success.
