A man went over the mountain (3 times)!

Last Saturday, I was part of a group of 23 cyclists that cycled the legendary Mont Ventoux (standing at 1900 meters in height or approx. 6,000 feet) three times in 1 day to help raise money for the Help For Children/Hedge Fund Cares charity - which supports disadvantaged and abused children. Starting just after daylight and ending in darkness, I climbed an estimated 15,000 feet cycling a distance of approximately 140km.
Much much more importantly, I am delighted to inform you that the Ventoux challenge has now raised over £50,000 for Help for Children/Hedge Fund Cares. To those of you who have supported the charity – a huge thank you for all your good wishes and support. The fund raising does not end there, donating is still possible and to do so just follow my link
