Man shall plan his work properly and allocate time judiciously so that he can sit in Meditation peacefully.

This restless Mind wandering in worldly-matter through word etc. subjects bring back it again and again in Divine-God from stopping same nerve- sense. (Gita:6/26)

The mind keep on thinking on variety of worldly-joy, mortal-materials, the temptation with joy-materials make mind restless, which become obstacle in focusing on Divine-God even during meditation. The mind easily does not abandon affection and hate with worldly materials and neither get focused on Divine-God. Therefore un-attaching Mind from senses-materials is a great challenge for any Devotee. The Devotee shall not show any negligence in from deviating Mind from the Mission of God-realization. The Devotee shall in a discipline way bring back the Mind focus into meditation from wherever it goes, for whatever the reason  Mind has deviated bring back to meditation for that reason, the way (sense) Mind has deviated bring back in same way (sense), when-when Mind deviate then-then bring back the Mind into Meditation.

While in meditation keep focus of Mind upon Divine-God denote that as and when you know that your Mind is deviated and thinking of materials, immediately you think that who throw light to the nerves and on their senses and attached materials is Divine-God and you shall attached your Mind with that Divine-God.

As many times your Mind deviate every time brings back the Mind into Meditation. In whatever temptation your Mind has deviated look into that matter the element of Divine-God, make you thinking universal well-being, evaluate the temptation, affection and hate with matters, creature, situation through Brahma-knowledge and un-attached yours bonding with thought and function. In other words think evenly universal well-being without affection and hate.

While Man is busy in worldly-function he experiences several good-bad all are accumulated in un-conscious mind and some of them in apparent form remain in conscious mind which is always burning and you every-time remember or currently are still fresh in memory. The memory in conscious mind guides your daily agenda you know from that what you need to do? or what you have decided to do? or what you have been told to do? etc.,  During Meditation you may think that when you are engaged in worldly-function that time worldly-worry-thought does not appear to disturb you but when you are in meditation that time it start crippling in and start disturbing you. Actually many memories while in worldly-function are not settled and that garbage start occurring, due to unlocking of your un-conscious mind in meditation.  Thus Devotee shall become free from hate and affection and do not get attached with appearing all good-bad thoughts rooted in past and simply submerged them in Brahma and remain neutral. The meditation help in bridging bap between conscious-mind and unconscious-mind, it may even lead you to know your past birth.

As Man grows he develops strong assumption of his relation with mortal world. When with this assumption Man sit for meditation naturally automatically worldly-worry-thought appear but even making effort on thinking Divine-elements this thought remain absent or dormant, because Man do not realize his relation with God.   Man should acknowledge that I belong only to God, only God belong to me, Body-nature do not belong to me it will cease, only My Soul-form will remain, which is integral part of Divine-God. In these ways when Man will develop strong relation with God and will unattached himself from body-nature, then easily he can perform Meditation in flow without making any special effort.

The Devotee shall keep precaution for not to keep any agenda accumulated or pending, that he had to do such and such work, he has to visit such and such place, he has to meet such and such person, such and such person is coming to meet him, also he has to discuss with him etc. The desire of all these worldly works will not allow Man to focus on Meditation. Man shall plan his work properly and allocate time judiciously so that he can sit in Meditation peacefully.

During Meditation if any desire or option appears you simply burnt them in the fire of enlightened intelligence-mind chanting “Akram Bakram Sawaha”.

While watching in front close and open your eyes frequently for some time. This will cut what you are watching or outer scene as well as desire and option attached with senses internally will also cease.

First you breathe out strongly two-three times through nose then at last with presser creating sound breath out through nose, this will facilitate in ending the desire-option associated in the nerves-senses.
