Welcome back to the Movin’ Ahead weekly newsletter. E-mobility advances also in the challenging coach sector, as Barbaros Oktay from MAN told us in an exclusive interview. This week was quite busyfor our staff, visiting the production sites of two top charging system manufacturers, Ekoenergetyka and Kempower.

There’s more out of electrification, with Renault and Geely joining forces to develop greener ICE powertrain technologies, as well as an important Swedish project aimed at searching for green hydrogen… deep in the oceans. Hydrogen, by the way, may soon be used to power gensets. Finally, the jury officially released the 14 finalists of the incoming Sustainable Bus of the Year 2025 award. The unveiling will be at FIAA Madrid, in October.
