Malin Lampa becomes lead for the prestigious Beyond Blueprints project: Sustainability and digitalization in focus for future urban development

Beyond Blueprints is a project aimed at creating a vision that combines a human-centered approach with sustainability and advanced digitalization within the built environment sector. The project will explore how residents can engage with their city in the future as the green, social, and digital triple transformation is realized.

Malin Lampa, Head of Proptech and Sustainable Society at TechSeed, has been selected to lead this prestigious project. “Collaboration is the key to success in our mission to create a sustainable society. We have assembled a visionary dream team working together to find new pathways for a sustainable society - Beyond Blueprints. For me, who is passionate about sustainability and technology, it is a dream to work with such a competent team on such an important issue for the future,” says Malin Lampa.

Beyond Blueprints is one of four cross functional teams in the initiative 'The Futures We Build' tasked with creating visions for sustainable built environment sector in Sweden. The visions will illustrate pathways to a future where the built environment contributes to adapting society to climate change. A future where circularity is the new norm and where value chains and business logic are based on a life cycle perspective. “We are incredibly proud to have been chosen for this prestigious project," says TechSeed's CEO, Sven Ivar M?rch, and continues: "This is exactly how we at TechSeed want to contribute to a better future, by combining the possibilities of technology with real challenges to create a more sustainable world."

The Futures We Build is a strategic project within Smart Built Environment, one of Sweden’s 17 Strategic Innovation Programs, run by Media Evolution in partnership with the Federation of Swedish Innovation Companies (Innovationsf?retagen). It is funded by Formas (Swedish government research council for sustainable development), Vinnova (Sweden’s innovation agency) and The Swedish Energy Agency.
