Malaria is an intensive project in search of color, design and form.The production process is totally manual - from the casting stage on the potter's wheel all the way to the decoration stage.Forms are influenced by classical pottery traditions where the process is steady yet each created piece is unique..

From a wide inspiration source base form almost an almost textual samples used by Ibar to create an almost stormy, colorful surface that is very different from the usual ceramic norms.

The foremost purpose of this piece is joy. His love for color and texture, Inbar expresses in free hand work n the dishes he creates.

Each dish is treated according to a plan that has been drown ahead of time - more or less.

Gur Inbar lives and kicks in his studio in southern Tel-Aviv.
