Making the World Stronger and Healthier

Sam Dylan Finch (who wrote this hauntingly beautiful and helpful piece) joined Healthline to make the world stronger and healthier. Sam, thank you -- and please keep it up.

As I've written about before, suicide is a worsening epidemic and it has more than touched Healthline and me. Suicide is terrible, in part because of the pain of loss which it creates. Sam is channeling his pain into good: we need to de-stigmatize and talk about suicide. We need to try to understand what is incomprehensible so that we as individuals in a society can work at both the individual level and societal level to turn the tide.

Very powerful and emotional. Unfortunately nowadays people are afraid of arguing such things. So many taboos even in our modern societies,?

That's a very insightful article. No one really understands what goes on in the mind of a person who wants to take his own life. I hope it helps us spot and save people in distress.

"Your pain doesn’t have to consume you. Let it be your compass that leads you to new and exciting places. Let it bring you closer to your purpose."? Beautiful and powerful.? Thank you, Sam and Healthline for publishing this article.? I will share with many to come... B.

I think Jake would be proud.? Nice work!
