"Making a world out of clay"

"Making a world out of clay"

The marvellous title is a quote from Antony Gormley, from whom I first learned of the possibility to work artistically with processes of metamorphosis, using clay. Here some images of the facilitation of a Silent Becoming workshop on natural cycles of growth and withering. With 45 international students, on May 17, 2022, as part of the course 'Environmental Education and Learning for Sustainability' at Wageningen University, the Netherlands. Taught by professor Arjen Wals and Luuk Huijgen, and with co-facilitator Ceciel Verheij.
