Personal growth and knowledge have always been at the core for everything that I do. Sometimes, if not most of the times, at the expense of making a lot of money.

It is not until now, that I am starting to see a convergence between the knowledge that I have, and the money it will bring.

For me, it's always been the equation, more money = more resources to help more people. And this is important because there is a lot of talk about robots these days. Which is understandable. But that's why it's even more important to start thinking of humans, people, and everyone else that is living on this planet.

Which leads to my ultimate goal of improving life of as many people as possible. And I want to do it running, or at least being a part of a company that has services in all countries in the World.

And that is why I want to help out in making it easier for everyone to innovate with buildings. Buildings as we know it are most of the time slabs of resources put together to give us shelter. But this is not enough. Whenever I see a building today, I see the potential of a platform where others can innovate, creating new jobs, better buildings in the process.

Enabling an open innovation platform in, and around buildings that will drive economic growth, whilst also becoming a hotbed for innovation is what 2019 will be about. Creating energy efficient buildings faster, with the help of AI, machine learning is but a fraction of what can be done with buildings.

What else can be done? Energy efficiency with the help of AI? Predictive maintenance? People flow? Personal preferences with your temperature that will be stored in a blockchain so that you get your personalized indoor climate wherever you are? Tell me more. Or better yet, you show me. That’s how easy it should be to innovate with buildings.

Because we can't do everything on our own. We got to stop acting in silos. We need to work together and collaborate for a better future.

And that’s why the platform economy is so important in order to get things going, fast. And we are the ones who will be a part of enabling an open real estate innovation platform to stand on for future generations.

Real estate owners today have an unseen opportunity, enabling others to innovate with their assets. Not only will it make their portfolio 10x more valuable but they will get others to make the most of what can be done, for the betterment of people everywhere as well as the world around it. That's what I believe in.
