Spot on Tim! It's very clear that not all outsourced sales team are alike. A key sign of a successful agency is one that has multiple, LONG-TERM customers. Another tell-tale measurement is the turnover rate of the reps. Outsourced sales companies with constant turnover will never be able to achieve sustainable sales goals.
