The Making of a True Soul

True grief and tears

Due to what happened

Pure sadness and sorrow so deep

Into your soul that frustration

Rips you apart so that a claw stays

Keep you forever in a grip

So hard that your whole body

And mind forget how to move

Due to minute vascular changes

At a scale nobody can see

You find that the networks within

You rely on deceives you

on Your chest in attempt to sleep

This is the frustration You have to face

The only Choice you have is to move

To regain Your strength and assess the forces

you know you still have within you

and build on what you have left

In a way so that both the minute changes

traps you can be releaved

You have to change and build up

New capacity instead of those you lost

You realize that you have to retrain

all of you to become something New

You don't know exactly what

But there is no Choice but
