Making tools in China-Be Safe with KALLER The Safer Choice.

KALLER offer our customers a Die check service for tooling being made in Asia. Here in the UK we support UK customer tool programmes in Asia with the KALLER Die Follow Up service, last month we supported a customer with 3 progression tools/dies through to a large project (automotive tier 1) with over 200 dies in China and Korea. Added to this make sure your toolmakers in China do not fit non-Pressure Equipment Directive gas springs by specifying KALLER. Non-PED Gas Springs are illegal and potentially dangerous. We are currently working with 2 customers to replace potentially dangerous gas springs that do not conform to PED.
