Diet, exercise, lifestyle, our daily habits and behaviours all contribute far more to the quality of our lives than our genetic expression. And this also applies to the outcomes we experience.

Our emotional energy, for example, produces measurable changes within our cells. And since each of the fifty trillion individual cells that make up our physical bodies is connected to all the others, a cellular malfunction in one area can trigger imbalances in other apparently unrelated areas.
All those angry, hostile and fearful thoughts and feelings we’re generating are affecting our health and wellbeing.
They’re also generating powerful signals that touch other lives.
The only intelligent response to this fascinating development in our understanding of the human organism is to undertake a thorough cleansing programme that frees our hearts from the old habits of fear and negativity.
It could easily be the most important step we ever take, both as individuals and as a species.

Our emotional energy flowed into the world in a constant stream that could produce results for both the sender and the receiver – whether for good or for ill would depend entirely on the quality of the energy that was being generated. We possess the same capacity to generate vast amounts of emotional energy. We also possess the potential to master that energy and direct it purposefully for positive outcomes.
