Our intention for our newsletter "Our Stable Mind" is to support leadership in an unstable world. Last month, we acknowledged the idea that work can both heal and hurt, and the role that mental skills play in creating positive workplaces.

In response, a new approach to sensemaking is emerging in both scholarship and practice. Future-oriented sensemaking encourages us to expand our temporal perspective, creating an organizational clock that runs from past to future, enabling leaders to integrate retrospective learning with current experience and future scenarios.?
