MAKING SALES AMIDST UNPREDICTABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

At Blowplast Limited, we have our customers at heart. No matter the situation, we strive to meet and exceed their plastic packaging needs and demands.

Here are ways that the Blowplast sales team makes sales amidst unpredictable circumstances:

1. Going out of our comfort zone

At Blowplast we take risks by researching and coming up with a value proposition to increase our revenues. We do this by venturing into markets we have not been supplying. This includes both local and international markets. Since our products have a good value proposition, we also get a couple of referral clients.

2. Reinventing our products

Blowplast sales team growth has been achieved by adjusting to our changing customer demands and market conditions. We acknowledge that reinvention should be continual because of new market and packaging trends. Knowing and understanding our customers’ preferences also plays a key role in gathering useful information for reinventing products that appeal to our target market.

3. Research and development.

We have a research and development department that the sales team is part of, chaired by Mr. Sanjay Brahmbhatt, Blowplast’s Group Managing Director.

The research and development department helps in keeping our company competitive by providing market insights, developing new services and products or improving existing ones accordingly.

The sales team also works together with the quality and production departments effectively to provide our customers with the best possible product.

Research and development help us on:

  • Improvements to existing processes where efficiency can be increased and consistent customer satisfaction.
