Making the "Right" Decision
People spend an overwhelming amount of time agonizing ( or worst sitting) over making the “right” decision, as if there’s some secret formula to guarantee success.
But here’s the reality: there is no absolute way to know if a choice is right or wrong. No advice, no book, no expert can offer certainty. Life doesn’t come with a roadmap, and decisions aren’t black and white—they’re shades of possibility.
At the heart of it, decision-making is just a game of probability. Every opinion you hear, every piece of advice you receive, is filtered through someone else’s lens—shaped by their experiences, fears, and biases. What feels like a “safe bet” to one person might seem reckless to another.
So, how do you tilt the odds in your favor? In my experience, the best chance of making the “right” decision is when you choose something that aligns with your inner needs. Listen to what’s stirring inside you. What’s that core idea, desire or a problem that you are trying to solve? What’s pulling at your attention, demanding to be heard?
Feed your soul with what it craves most right now. Because even if the outcome isn’t perfect, you’ll know you honored what mattered to you in that moment. And often, that’s the decision that leads you somewhere meaningful—even if it’s not where you initially expected to go.
The truth is, no decision is ever perfect. But the ones that align with your authentic self are the ones that shape your journey in the most powerful ways.
