10x is Easier Than 2x by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Banjamin Hardy

We make big leaps in life. It's not the gradual change (2x) that creates a "level-up" for us in life, but the massive, transformational changes (10x) that make the difference. "10x Is Easier Than 2x" by Benjamin Hardy, PhD provides a playbook for intentionally creating more of those transformational changes.

"Going 10x" is a term that's over-stated and not really practical on the surface. Very few people talk about HOW to actually do it, but this book breaks it down beautifully. By understanding the 20% of your time on that produce 80% of your results, you can hire or hand-off the other 80% to someone else. This allows you to double-down on what's been effective for you and produce even greater results. If you think of the big career leaps you've had, you'll see that you've already done it a handful of times in your life. Being intentional about it will only create more opportunities to grow.
