Making Leadership Development Economically Accessible for All
Jael graduated from 'Baby Class' (Kindergarten) last year. There is no question in my mind that Jael was born to be a Leader.l

Making Leadership Development Economically Accessible for All

So I did something illogical and eccentric that defies all business sense... with a great sense of purpose and for a good reason.

I know there are people with leadership potential all around the globe. Prohibitive prices keep them from accessing knowledge and strategies that can transform their lives and by extension have a positive impact on their community. I believe that we can remove this barrier and help make leadership development accessible to all.

That is why in collaboration with Geoffrey Ndoigo, Founder of Mustabakali Weto-Our Future, I developed a three part self-leadership course that requires an investment that is less than what we spend to enjoy a fancy latte, a chai, or a london fog.

BE THE LEADER AND HELP MAKE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ECONOMICALLY ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL

Be The Leader In Your Career: A Three Part E-Course That Costs Less Than a Latte

It is called Be The Leader in Your Career. This is one of the ways that I am staying true to my mission to contribute to the next generation of leaders.

Here’s the illogical bad for business part: I am doing this at the same time that I am getting another leadership development program off the ground that I announced way back-around the time it was as my birthday. That one is called called Elevate & Scale Your Leadership. It requires a regular investment according to the North American and European market.

Having said that, we have many people in North America and Europe who could not access quality leadership development offered under normal market conditions. So the Be The Leader In Your Career and any future courses hosted by Mustabakali Weto-Our Future could benefit them as well.

When we encourage people from all ages, all levels, and all backgrounds-from all around the globe-to connect with their Inner Leader everyone wins!

And if we don’t, collectively we have so much to lose… look at what is going on in the world today. All the strife … ALL OF IT … can be traced back to incompetent leadership.

We need to turn this sh*t around!

That is why I am encouraging everyone here to help me spread the word.

I am also inviting those of you who offer leadership development or mentoring to volunteer their time to create more content that will be offered for less than a Tall non-fat soy-co salted caramel cappuccino with chocolate drizzle.

Volunteer coaches and mentors, I will add your content onto the course platform I am using so it can be accessed on mobile phones around the world. If I know you can offer this wisdom and I’ve heard you say that you want to make a difference, I challenge you to join me and Geoffrey on this quest.

Let’s see who is willing to do something a little eccentric to “walk the talk” on making leadership development accessible for all.

Ninety-three percent of proceeds of Be The Leader in Your Career will go to help Geoffrey and children of Mogotio that he rescued off the streets. The balance will go to cover banking processing costs. Their school fees are due in May. School fees include hot meals at lunch for them.

The kids we are helping are now thriving in school.

Jael who is filled with personality at just five years old graduated “Baby Class” or kindergarten and she's since started grade one--I have no doubt she will be a CEO if given a chance - she was born to be a leader!

Patrick who is in his late teens, was too shy and barely audible when speaking on video two years ago. He confidently announced this fall that he now wants to grow up to be a lawyer.

Geoffrey hands school fees to Mary, the Head Teacher at Mogotio Secondary School. Brilliant Catherine graduated High School with honours last year and wants to attend university to be a teacher. I know that Catherine has what it takes to be a great Head Teacher too one day.

This is a soul-inspired project. You too can join me in making the world a better place through leadership development accessible to people of diverse economic circumstances.

It really fills the heart and these children and teens of Mogotio inspire me.This is your chance to walk the talk on wanting to make leadership accessible to everyone.

Share this along with anyone who could use a boost and learn how to be the leader in their career. Better yet, you could gift this to them by filling in their email address and name on the form. They will receive a message alerting them so be sure to give them a heads up.

Sometimes what may ‘appear’ to be bad for business is good for the world… and most of us here already know that what is good for the world is truly what helps us to carry on in our business and in our lives.

So let’s be Bold and let’s be True! Let’s do our part to transform the world together.

With gratitude for this inspiration and for the eccentric change makers who dare to join me on this journey.
