Making an Impact for PT/OT Groups

PatientPay is proud to be helping several PT/OT groups provide a better billing and payment experience for their patients and generate GREAT RESULTS for our clients. Our most recent go-live, a New York-based multi-location group, went live on September 28th. Prior to PatientPay, they averaged $43K in monthly payments from patients. After 13 days with us, they’ve collected over $70K!?

We’re not stopping there. PatientPay is doing more to help these groups realize better margins and to advocate for the industry as a whole. We’ve joined APTQI to help support better outcomes for providers and patients. We just completed a great show at WebPT’s Ascend conference, where we spoke to several existing and prospective clients, along with great partners about how we can continue to improve billing and payment experiences. We’ll also be attending the APTA/PPS show in Austin, Texas, November 2-5.
