It's probably the person who does something a bit different, the person who shares a story that includes emotion and takes you on a journey but how can you do that in just 60 seconds?!

Once you've worked out what you are going to say and how you are going to say it, practice! If you've got 60 seconds then time yourself and make sure you can deliver your story without rushing. It might mean taking out a word here or there and refining your story but as long as the structure, main points and impact are still there, you are winning!
