Have you been in a situation where a decision is required from you that is crucial for your business? If you are like most of us, you will find yourself freezing because of an unfounded possibility as a result of your decision.
As an entrepreneur, you would constantly find yourself at a crossroads of decision-making processes in your lifetime, especially when it comes to growth and advancements in your business. Decisions, in essence, are actions that would lead you away from your zone of comfort. This is where your feeling of fear creeps in.
So, how do you accommodate these actions, and come out still in control over the decisions you make? It requires that you set your boundaries foremost before making a decision. You can set these guide questions:
- What do I have to set aside to accommodate the demands of this decision?
- Is this going to provide me value or growth?
- Can I delegate some of your roles so that I can attend to this new undertaking?
If you feel that you are in this space, coaching can compliment you in your entrepreneurial journey.
