Making it eleven: The Next Chapter

When we started eleven, we were a small team with a big vision. With the backing of our experience in some of the world’s largest contact centres, we knew there was a gap in the market to do more, to be more and to go above and beyond. We didn’t want 10/10, we wanted to make it eleven!

Our secret sauce is, and always has been, our people and how they embody our goal to “make it eleven”. Every customer, client and partner we have worked with has seen our people in action first-hand.

These all accumulated in organic growth. Our clients were no longer local, but global. We expanded offices from Ireland to the UK and grew our team too. Our impressive speed of growth was acknowledged by several industry awards, including the Deloitte Technology Fast 50.

As the market pivoted - so did we. In 2020 we launched the eleven Innovation Lab where we brought real-world client problems to be tackled by our teams. It is a testament to how we approach new ideas, creativity and bringing truly unique solutions to our customers. Already we have two market leading innovations from the innovation lab that are being used with our clients today. That sense of curiosity and creativity is something you can’t buy - it is a culture that is woven into the DNA of eleven and makes me proud to work with our team and clients every day.

We’ve seen growth, success and innovation but it is only expected that we would still push ourselves to go further - after all, that’s what it means to?‘make it eleven’.

ith the next chapter of growth on the horizon, I am delighted to share that eleven is now part of the DigitalWell family (formerly WellTel). ?We began discussions with DigitalWell some time ago and were really enthused by who we each shared a goal to be a leader in CX solutions at time when the market is rapidly evolving.?

Joining the DigtialWell family marks our next chapter as an organisation, one that will truly cement us as a market leading customer experience organisation throughout Europe. Through DigitalWell we will continue to grow, and bring our Genesys partnership to a significantly wider customer-base, solidifying our position as a leading pan European customer experience organisation.

This next chapter is a fitting time to acknowledge those who have written the story so far. Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey to date- our incredible team, our board, partners, supports and of course, our customers.?

It seems like only yesterday we started on day one in a small room in Sandyford in Dublin, and today we have a team of 200+ people serving customers in 63 countries.

We are forever grateful for the efforts, commitment and loyalty of our people, customers and partners throughout the years. I am excited to see what is next for us all at DigitalWell.

Couldn't agree more. It's been an amazing journey and loads of lessons learnt on the way but most of all has been the incredible team that has gathered around us and helped us successfully drive forward with passion and customer commitment! Long may it continue .....
