Our Chief Appraiser just received this email from an appraiser: "I just uploaded the revision for this property. I also wanted to let you know that I enjoy working with Synergy, the assignments I receive from your firm, and most importantly, the review process which is collaborative versus adversarial which for some reason is often the case with other AMCs. I am making Synergy a priority client of mine and transitioning some other clients that are not as pleasant to work with so that we can improve our working relationship going forward."
