The mentor has to guide the startup to go toward the path of success. A mentor can help in limiting the mistakes that one does and help in saving time and also help in monitoring the startup.

Sharad's advice for new entrepreneurs is that if you want to move into entrepreneurship you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, you need to have an appetite to sustain with your startup. He says, “One should never give up if you face failure and you should keep trying to sustain your startup. The idea should be good and should not be based on financial gains. It should solve the problem to which your idea is attached so that you can create an impact in terms of creating the right value to the system”. “This keeps you empathized and innovated in terms of finding better solutions than there is that is currently in the market. Finally, you should be completely attached to your idea and what it achieves to solve", adds Sharad.
