Making change happen in your organisation

Making change happen in your organisation

Move your team from chaos to clarity with Playful Facilitation —?a more human and engaging way of transitioning from complex challenges to more meaningful outcomes.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to transform an organisational perspective from problem to potential? One of the best ways to make change stick is by designing processes that keep people engaged, getting everyone involved constructively while keeping things fun. Feeling there’s room to improve? Dive in and discover new ways to make everything flow better. Sure, you could do it alone, but we’re here to make it easier—and maybe even enjoyable!

Three ways you can use playful facilitation - and when they might be just what you need.

After running numerous sessions for various clients, we quickly realised that one-off meetings don’t lead to lasting change. Creating meaningful transformation requires consistency, and let’s face it, nobody enjoys repeating the same process over and over again. In today’s business landscape, we’ve identified three essential sessions—Ideation, Trust-Building, and New Ways of Working—as the most needed. Each of these sessions is detailed below, but if you need a little more insight, head over to our website.

#1 Ideation

Ideation sessions can be great if you, for example, need help communicating an idea, overcoming a challenge, or finding fresh, innovative solutions while working on a campaign, product, or service.

All humans are capable of coming up with ideas. But making ideas that stick, ideas that differ, ideas for the future, or ideas that lay either strategically inside or creatively outside the box can be challenging. We have worked with many different types of clients to help them crack a challenge and come up with solutions for their campaigns, products or services by taking them through one of our Ideation Sessions. These workshops and sprints can last anywhere from a few hours to multiple days, but no matter the length, we always ensure that we use play as a way to create a safe space with freedom to fail, letting new ideas play with the old, and connect the dots we didn't dare connect before.

#2 Trust building

Trust-building sessions are powerful for creating a more connected work environment, strengthening collaboration and team connectivity, and fostering trust and well-being within your organisation.

Teamwork requires, well, work — look at sports. It doesn’t always come down to bringing together the most talented or innovative people in the room but rather on how to make everyone feel valued, seen and heard, which can be done in many ways. At Stupid Studio, we like to create team-building sessions for our clients infused with curiosity, creativity, and wonder or structured through complex group challenges and a spark of healthy competition. However, instead of team-building, we call it trust-building because we believe that trust breeds magic within a team that will last long after the session ends and you’re back to your normal workday.

3# New ways of working

Sessions around new ways of working can help your team break the routine and find new inspiration. You may need to revamp your workflow or an in-house process. You may also aim to promote a specific behaviour or implement organisational changes.

Driving change within the organisation takes much more than one-off sessions. It’s about behavioural change, re-wiring team processes and meeting individuals where they are. Our “New ways of working” sessions focus on transforming the daily process for you and your team, giving you inputs, methods and tools to take with you into your organisation afterwards. These sessions are often created as a series of events where we get deep into how you work and what you hope to achieve going forward. But making “New ways of working” sessions can also mean simply doing a few hour-long sessions where we invite you in for an imaginative and surprising day, giving you a taste of how you can do things differently and inspiring you to do more – creatively, playfully, passionately and intentionally.

All change starts within—your organisation, that is. But old habits die hard; in our experience, getting everyone on board requires strategic finesse and situational awareness. Whether your goal is to transform company culture, explore new business forays, or create behavioural change, we’ll help you orchestrate programs and experiences that make it fun and rewarding for people to join in and give their best.?
