What is Elate?

Elate is an all-in-one care management platform designed to simplify the complexities of care operations. Built with input from care providers, workers and support recipients, Elate combines intuitive features like rota management, care planning and reporting into a user-friendly ecosystem.


Why was it created?

Elate was created to make care operations more e?cient, enjoyable and people-focused. We saw care teams' challenges with ine?cient systems, admin overload and disconnected processes, and aimed to bring meaningful change. By simplifying complex workflows, supporting care providers and building a sustainable, scalable model, Elate delivers affordable, impactful technology that empowers care teams and support recipients to experience dignity and joy in every interaction.
