We are on the cusp of newness! New year, new me is a favourite saying yet we forget that last year was just a few weeks ago. What could have reset your thinking so dramatically in a day? Mindset? Yes, this could be the magic that makes the change happen but what about the process. We often focus so vigorously on the end result that we forget about the process it takes to reach those fresh goals. Therefore a clue might be to take into account what makes the process more seamless and easier. We have adopted this mindset at K2M.

What will make our boat go faster? This is the first and most important question that we ask each other before we tackle any task within our organisation. We have made sure to adopt this philosophy and instil it when working on each project. Our motto is that we put your knowledge into motion.

Motion – meaning that we keep moving. Stagnation is so easy when you look at your work as a time filling salary creation activity. We keep moving, in our boat, at a faster pace toward one goal.

This is not a new concept. It is based on the strategy by Ben Hunt Davies MBE, an Olympic rower who won gold with his team at the Sydney Olympics in 2000. Winning was a result of changing their strategy after losing for many years.
