Here’s just a few of the property deals I’ve done and am doing at the moment;

Bought two bungalow plots with large gardens in Ascot Place, Southampton, SO30 4DH. Bought for £211,000. The bungalows were demolished in order to build 20 flats. Build costs £2.1 million. Re-sale value £3.7 million. Total profit. £1.4 million.

Got planning permission to turn a French townhouse into 12 luxury flats, plus a storey penthouse. The sales of the flats generated 1.8 million euros. That meant the profit was 450,000 euros on the flats alone. However, I later sold the penthouse for a massive 800,000 euros. Amazing!

Bought a rundown hotel for 460,000 euros. I got planning permission for 8 luxury apartments. Plus a bar and restaurant on the ground floor. I sold 6 apartments for 1 million euros. And kept the other two to rent out. Those two apartments were valued at 430,000 euros. So my profit was 330,000 euros.

Converted a townhouse into five flats in Durnford Street, Plymouth. This gave a profit of £170,000.

Converting an old military hospital in Plymouth into 10 luxury apartments plus a new penthouse flat. This is due for completion in 2019. Gross Profit £740,000. That’s around three-quarters of a million-pound profit from just one property deal.

Imagine making hundreds of thousands of pounds of profit in your own development business.
