In continuation of my last blog (Insights from my recent US visit: Moving beyond AI experimentation | LinkedIn), here I am covering how CEOs can amplify AI adoption by simplifying it.

In the journey of making AI a tangible asset for your organization, it is crucial to start with simple, practical applications. As a CEO, your leadership in adopting AI begins with leveraging it for your own productivity before rolling it out company wide. Here's how you can get started:

Optimise 10% of Your Daily Time with AI

Think about how you spend 10% of your daily time on various routine tasks. This might include summarizing meetings, planning your day, responding to emails, summarizing email trails, preparing for meetings with new insights about your industry, and writing effective emails to improve communication. AI can significantly enhance your productivity in these areas. Here’s how:

Very apt thought leadership and you hit the nail i the head in terms of identifying the areas where an AI can be applied....Its more like what tasks an executive assistant could perform, would be ones to get done through AI. All of or mix of these tools -Azure AI studio, copilot studio offers an ability to develop- cognitive services, NLP, LLM based services, chat and service BOTS aka conversational AI.
