#makecoolshit TV - Highlighting US Manufacturing

???? Hey all of my #MANUFACTURING connections out there —We're starting production on our new show, #makecoolshitTV. It'll be a manufacturing-focused show to let young people know how interesting manufacturing can be AND to promote manufacturing in the USA.

REMEMBER THE DIRTY JOBS SHOW with Mike Rowe? it’s kinda like that but I won’t be running machines or working with cattle..??

Below is the initial discussion with an existing client.

5 Fold Agency has created the new show in an effort to accomplish three goals; show people how things are made, educate the youth on the exciting world of manufacturing, promote the company featured on the show. We understand that not everything can be shown due to IP and NDA's, we will respect any wishes requested on things "not to show".

EPISODE LOCATION

All episodes will be shot on-site at the manufacturing facility, depending on the size of the company this will take 2-6 hours on average. 

SHOW STRUCTURE

The show will be broken into the topics/shot list below:

Show Intro & teaser (Kyle): This is shot at the end of the visit based on what was learned/shown

Technology Overview (Kyle): Kyle will provide a brief overview of what the viewers will see, learn, experience on the episode

Company Overview - Kyle & Your Company (interview style):

• How was the company started?
• Company Facts? (size, location, employees, etc)
• What is the technology? (high overview)
• What is produced? (high overview)

Plant Tour: Tour Kyle through the plant while having a general conversation, treat him as if he's a potential client. Show product examples (if possible), talk through the technical process, engineering, meet department heads involved in production/quality/shipping/etc.

Technology/Manufacturing Examples (detailed overview): This is where we get up close to the manufacturing process and take all of the footage to highlight what your company does. Production lines/shot scenes need to be clean with room for us to get close.

Company Differentiator (Interview style):

• What separates you from your competition?
• Are the future plans for expansion in technology or size?
• What's something new you implemented? (technology or process improvement)
