To-do lists can be lifesavers when it comes to managing your work. Here are few tips for making them better:
a) Categorize the work: Categorize items in a way that makes sense for you. Group them by difficulty level (e.g. put all the “easy” tasks in one area so you can easily knock them off when you have time)
b) Pick the right medium: You should enjoy looking at and interacting with your to-do list. Use a notebook you love or a well-designed and easy-to-use app.
c) Revisit the list: Make sure to re-visit the list created. This will help you keep it organized and in the right order of priority
d) Keep it simple : Stay specific - Time it - start with simple items - meet the most important tasks -

5 年One thought, along with the categorization severity (high/medium/low) should also be considered. There can be many easy tasks but if we define the severity for them then it becomes more clear picture.
