So you have a website designed a couple of years back with an objective to serve your customers with enough information about your product and service. But unfortunately, you feel it’s not working for you anymore because you’re not getting enough traffic, engagement or conversion from your existing website. Why it’s happening, have you ever asked this question to yourself or your team/associate who is taking care of your websites.
Website is the face of your company or a first entry door today where people find you. A potential customer sitting across a different geographical location cannot visit your office but they can easily judge/know your business, potential, expertise, and capability on the first visit of your website.

If your website is not talking to your customer or perhaps dumb, this is how you can transform it from DUMB to a SMART website.
