Earning Trust in Management Trust is not instantaneous; it's earned over time. It's vital to communicate this to new team members and give them the opportunity to earn trust. Learning through 'The Curve' helps eliminate unsuitable hires, but trust must be given to those who earn it.

Delegating with Trust Effective delegation involves empowering others and resisting the urge to intervene. "Do not take the hammer and nail out of his or her hand. Let them do it! Even if it is crooked, backward, or not so perfect." Regular feedback helps correct and guide, promoting growth and skill development.

Addressing 'Management Cancer' If restructuring is needed, identify the irreparable managers and prepare for their replacement. This includes training new managers, taking over interactions, and professionally disconnecting the ineffective ones. Learning from these experiences is crucial.
