The above photo is of my dog Pico, who apparently is a feline trapped into a dog's body. No honestly. I haven't seen another dog keeping his fur so clean, climbing on anything and being so selective with his food! Of course, this has nothing to do with our subject today, but Pico doesn't worry about a thing. He makes a worry-later list.
Did you know that a lot of things in life we worry about are not even true because they exist only in our head?
Rationalise the behaviour.
Truth is, if you dedicate a specific time in your day to worry about stuff, you will realise most of them are unreal, minimal or even outrageously funny! If you get to schedule worrying within your day you will understand that life is more beautiful than what you normally see and there are 100% chances you will worry less.
If scheduling doesn't help make a list.
Put it aside on your table and name it THE WORRY LATER LIST. Write everything that gets in your mind and makes you feel weird. When you get to see that list in your Scheduled time you will be sure what is worth worrying about and what is not!
