Learn what you don't know | Teach what you know | Earn what you want | Give what you have

A few days back I noticed my son enjoying riding his bike. So what's a big deal? All the kids enjoy it. We also enjoyed ourselves.

Just a couple of years back when the first time I asked him to ride a bike; he was scared, hesitant and he resists to learn it, though he wanted to ride. It was difficult for me to convince him, but I knew I have to do it. I promised I will not let him fall. I hold his T-shirt and ran with him. A little push, trust, and little effort helped to boost his confidence and overcome his fear. 

We all have that fear, that hesitation, fear of failure, fear of loss. Whether its personal life or professional; we all need that helping hand, that trust, and that little push to overcome our fear. 

So how to help?

Be a student: Take challenges; Make mistakes; Learn from failure; Approach people; Talk to them; Share your fear; Ask for help; Listen to them

Be a teacher: Help others to overcome their fear; Help others to grow personally/ professionally; Go the extra mile to help; Earn respect; Earn trust.

This way we all can help each other and make this world a better place to live!
