Enjoy – really enjoy the moment and let the emotions flood you
Too often in life everyone lets go and forgets about the good events and yet holds on to the bad times, often replaying them over and over in their minds. This creates a negative outlook on life and it's time to break the habit!
By keeping a strict record of all events where a positive emotion happens and then revisiting these events by taking a S.E.L.F.I.E you will be create a more positive outlook on life.
