Make Them Smile

I am sure we all have friends & colleagues who bring smile to us every time we see them!

I am sure we all have our buddies who we love to hang out with!

What is the reason? It is because they make us feel good

Smile is the most powerful weapon to conquer any battle in personal & professional life but we often underestimate its power and take it for granted

There are enough reasons in the world for people to frown, get angry, get upset, however very few moments that can make us smile!

My Smiley Moment:

I made Nadine (an assistant to SVP) smile via email by telling her how awesome she is. I am sure she will go out of the way to help me next time when I need to connect with her boss!

Power of a compliment:

Find ways to appreciate and acknowledge your colleagues and clients. Give them compliments that are genuine and see how you get your way in life.

You would build amazing environment, your team will love you, your colleagues will love you, you will be expert in getting things done!

Use smile in difficult situation:

Practice smiling in tough situations and see how people start liking you

Action:

Try to make your family, colleagues, clients & others smile to discover how happy it will make you in return. You will enjoy doing what you doing, work will not be work anymore!
