Make sure you're on the list!!

As you maye know, I have a couple of free newsletters - and some of my coolest content goes there.

If you...

  • want to set up totally free networking chats
  • get direct answers to your questions
  • learn about cool job opportunities (or have me share your profile with my audience!), you should make sure you get on these subscriber lists.

Why? Well I get the benefit of knowing you'll get my content (you never know with social media algorithms) and I know exactly who is on those lists and regularly remove disengaged subscribers. So I feel comfortable rewarding those who subscribe and read with more personalized support.

HR for Good goes out every other Friday, and I try to amplify great people practices as well as work and development opportunities there. Subscribe here !

  • Thoughts on employee retention (and a great book recommendation - Erica Keswin 's Retention Revolution !)
  • People in my network hiring for HR related roles (don't worry, I always include the recruiter/hiring manager so you have a point of contact!)
  • Tips from HR leaders around how to show the value of talent functions which can often be viewed as non-revenue generating cost centers at a time when companies are looking at cost-cutting measures.

Finally, I'll plug three more things for y'all:

  1. A bit of self-promotion: I recently joined the team at Glassdoor as a "worklife pro" and am sharing weekly videos in the "Jobs in Tech" bowl. Feel free to check out the bowl, and follow along there! If you have ideas for what you'd like to see discussed, please drop a comment!
  2. My friends at Plane have a really killer panel coming up - I partnered with them to share this yesterday but wanted to amplify it as it's a really awesome panel featuring Hebba Youssef , Nadia Vatalidis (she/her/hers) , and Matt Drozdzynski . Highly recommend that global TA professionals join the conversation !
  3. Zapier has really ramped up hiring and would love to see some of my community apply. We are remote, and really value bringing a diversity of experiences to our company. Over 1/3 of our workforce is outside of the US, and we have quite a few roles for non-US based folks posted right now in sales and support!! Check out our jobs here !
