2 年Woe to the Account Manager whose 50% of his sales target comes from 1 customer. And then management comes along and tells him to fire the account because they are contributing too little (margin-wise) and costing too much (due to additional services required) to maintain! Argh! I also wonder which aspects to customers want to exceed their expectations about salespeople (as mentioned in the Korn Ferry survey). Are the salespeople talking about their products, or thinking ahead to provide related services, or addressing business/ strategic concerns.
