This morning, as I sipped my coffee and opened my inbox, I was greeted with an unexpected delight: I won a book from my writing coach!

There it was, nestled among the usual work emails and reminders—a congratulatory note telling me I had won a book in a recent contest I entered.

I immediately wrote her back thanking her. Hours later, I am still excited and can't wait to receive my new book in the mail. It’s so easy to get caught up in running a business—meetings, planning sessions, and client calls—but moments like this remind me of the simple pleasures that can brighten the day.

Winning a book is more than just receiving a free item. For me, it's a treasure trove of new ideas, inspiration, and potential growth. Books have always been a source of knowledge and motivation. They provide fresh perspectives and innovative strategies that can be applied to my business and personal life. No matter what the genre, I always have a takeaway--- which is often a spark I need to fuel my personal life and drive my business forward.
