If you are like many entrepreneurs and corporations I have encountered with a great mobile app idea, the sky is the limit in terms of your success. You’re sure that you have the next Uber of your industry. You’ve done your homework, discovered a need for the product; completely convinced that it will lead thousands of people towards becoming more efficient and other numerous benefits. On top of that, the channel marketing opportunities are endless. You begin to see dollar signs for miles… But let me ask, now what?
Soon after you take off those nice rose-colored glasses of yours, you’ll realize no matter how great an idea is, it’s only a blip in your memory that nobody will benefit from unless you take action. To your point how many settle for legacy delivery when outsourcing will get them ahead in their market faster, cheaper, better. What are we waiting for?
