Happy Sacred Sunday!
I came across this t-shirt the other day and it made me giggle.
Whenever I get together with my girlfriends and we’re chatting, my friend, Jessica, will joke “Be careful, this may be her next blog.”
Given this reputation, it will not surprise you that this week I’m inviting you to shift into a journaling practice!!!
But hear me out …
You don’t have to be a writer to adopt a journaling practice.
These journals are not for the world to read, and they do not require prolific writing skills.
In fact, the purpose of journaling is not about the writing at all — the magic is in the reflection.
Emily P. Freeman stated recently that: Reflection is a lifestyle, not merely a one time event.
I’d say, reflection could be a lifestyle — and your life would be so much better for it if that were the case.
My life has benefitted so much from making this practice a habit.
This week on the podcast, I’m sharing 3 journaling practices I keep that I’d highly recommend you incorporate into your life.
1. Success Filing
2. Synchronicities Journal
3. and?The Next Right Thing Journal
January is a great month to shift into a reflection lifestyle. After all, you are the author of your story and this is a contribution to your life collection.
Tune in to learn more about these 3 journaling practices and how to incorporate them into your life.
